Your participants voluntarily register, enroll and then seek communication, information, and education. They are guided, assisted, and coached to use their health benefits for prevention. Those who are ready make improvements. For all the high level talk and analysis of what could and should be done to improve health in our country, Lean and Green worksite wellness programs provide a real place for personal change and conscientious self management as they are
ready, willing, and able.
Many of our small business clients have multiple work settings and/or differently-situated employees. We work with your group to make the wellness connection a strong one so they feel even more a part of things. Our program often helps improve the delivery of other HR and employee benefits communications. We're a woman-owned business and know what it means to lend our support to HR personnel by helping get some of the wellness start up tasks done.
The Lean and Green vision holds that when people feel healthy, strong, and well, they can turn their attention to personal stewardship of the environment. We are developing environmental education that naturally progresses from health education, so that participants may choose to become more aware and informed.

A cornerstone of good health is accurate, updated, and reliable information. Our online health library provides updated content and modules that give your employees several ways to discover how to improve their personal health status based on their assessment results. They can do this from their smart phones and we provide technical support and the coaching touch points.
Access + Motive = Engagement
Work with us to create your wellness brand, a means to consolidate, offer, and deploy association health and wellness benefits to your members. Your brand, our administration, risk reduction for your groups.
We deliver a high quality, voluntary, process that brings out the best in people because we respect their privacy and protect their dignity in making their own best informed decisions.
The health behavior change process requires patient and repeated reinforcement by someone who is in contact with your group over the course of years. Our nationally-certified health coaches take that role to heart and will be your program's biggest third-party asset.
